Hillbillies & Vikings
This site is focused broadly on all descendants of John Denboe, an indentured servant who came to the Crown Colony of Maryland in about the year 1664. Also, it maintains a special emphasis on the descendants of John Denbow (1797-1862) and his brother Bazeleel (1795-1857), early pioneers in the hills of Southeastern Ohio, as well as the descendants of Jón Jónsson (1841-1934) of Dalasýsla, Iceland, who was an Icelandic immigrant to Canada and now has progeny throughout North America.

Relevant portions of documents related to John Denboe's 1664 indenture
This is a combination of two different pages of two different copies (one 1724 and the other 1726) of the same original document, but were both reconstructed from ledgers because the real originals were lost in a fire in 1704. John Denboe was apparently indentured in 1664. The date of indenture is arrived at by the fact that these documents, signed in 1676, had most of the servants marked as "12 years hence, which places it in either in late 1663 or early 1664. A detailed analysis of these papers can be read by going to Denbow Diaspora and looking at the Vol. 13, No. 1 of the Denbow Diaspora (2006).
I will be acquiring copies of both of these documents in full. What I have now is one page of each copy. I want both pages of each copy. So, Page 1 here is from the 1724 copy and Page 2 is from the 1726 copy, or perhaps the other way around.
